Our pricing is based on a pay-per-use model. You may be charged a starting fee and ride charges based on time (per minute) and/or distance, as shown in the app. Time is rounded up to the nearest minute, and charges begin once you unlock and start riding. Prices may also include taxes or local fees and may change from time to time.

You may only ride within approved riding zones and designated destination locations.

Speed is capped at 85 km/h. When battery level drops below 50%, speed may be automatically reduced to 45–65 km/h. You will receive alerts via the app and on the motorbike dashboard.

Please check the front and rear brakes before riding. If anything is faulty, rate the vehicle 1-star with a note and choose another motorbike.

End the trip immediately. You will not be charged, and a full refund will be provided if applicable.

Report incidents via email, WhatsApp, or in-app support. Please include location and time. We will take action immediately.

We may remotely reduce vehicle speed or suspend accounts for review. Serious cases may result in permanent bans.

Day rate: 6:00 AM to 7:59 PM
Night rate: 8:00 PM to 5:59 AM

A minimum amount is required to activate and start your ride.

You top up Easy Motorbike credits using a credit or debit card. Credits are used to pay after your trip.

Go to Profile in the app and submit your details to verify your account.

We currently accept credit and debit cards. We also accept online banking and e-wallet payments

There may be a short delay. Please contact in-app support for assistance.

You must end each ride through the App. Rental time starts when the Vehicle is unlocked and ends when the App confirms the ride has ended.

We offer promotions and promo codes from time to time.Check the main page of the app for the latest offers. Terms, expiry dates, and usage limits may apply.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
System issues occur during the ride
Payment transaction issues or errors occur

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
A minimum RM10 or 10% administrative charge is applied, whichever is higher
Processing time is 7 to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds will not be issued if:
The vehicle is not returned to the correct location
The ride is incomplete or cancelled without valid reason
Damage or misuse is not reported
Promotional credits, vouchers, and discount codes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable

Vehicles are delivered and collected based on Easy Motorbike arrangements.
You must return:
The vehicle
Keys or locks provided
Charging equipment or accessories
Additional charges may apply for:
Late returns
Missing items
Damage beyond normal wear and tear

You must report:
Damage
Malfunctions
Safety concerns
Illegal parking
Helmet misuse and losses

We may:
Inspect the vehicle
Request immediate return
Replace the vehicle if needed

You are responsible for any claims, losses, costs, or damages caused by:
Breach of agreement
Misuse of the vehicle
Property damage
Injury to others
Breaking laws or regulations
This may include:
Repair costs
Recovery fees
Legal costs
Administrative fees
